o hai guise.
I hope everyone had a safe and happy New Year's Eve/Day!
I haven't done an IMM for a couple weeks, but this one totally makes up for it, I think. I kind of went insane on book-buying, what with my gift cards and the fact that my husband is awesome and took me to Books-A-Million and Half Price Books today. (Yes, he's kind of an enabler, he rocks my face off, AND is easy on the eyes. I know how to pick 'em, folks.)
Also, I got a super especially awesome surprise in the mail. Jamie from The Perpetual Page Turner was AMAZING enough to pick me up a signed edition of Vampire Academy from the Richelle Mead signing she went to earlier this month! OMG! You guys! Richelle Mead WROTE MY NAME. Sure, 40% of the American population is also probably named Jen, BUT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT ME! So thank you, thank you, thank you a bajillion times, Jamie. You are awesome and I heart you.
Without further delay, here goes. This may take awhile.
