In My Mailbox (22)

In My Mailbox is hosted by the blogging sensation Kristi at The Story Siren, who is even more awesome in person than she is online!

The past two weeks have been pretty fab, bookwise. I know I've been MIA but there's been a lot going on with school, plus Dark Days was last weekend, and I had an impromptu family weekend from which I just got home. It's been a good couple of weeks, IRL. School's been ridiculous and I just started OB clinicals at the hospital, which is my favorite nursing specialty so far. No, seriously. I got to watch a birth. And I cried a little bit. NURSING = AWESOME.

Also, my Wicked Lovely giveaway ends on March 31, 2011. It's international. ENTER IT WHILE YOU CAN!

Anyway, onto the part you guys actually care about...

  1. GRAVEMINDER! I'm not a Marr fangirl like you, but I think I want to give her adult book a try. Maybe I'll like it better. And Saving Francesca is one of the best books EVER so you're all set. :)

  14. I still need to finish the Jessica Darling series. I went to my Borders that is closing and they had four of the Georgia Nicolson books but only 3,4,5, and 7. If they'd had the first two I would have bought them. Hope you're enjoying all your new books and the Mac. I really love the laptop that I have, but I'm hoping to get a desktop either before or after graduate school. Have a great week!

  16. I may have LOL'd when I read "NURSING = AWESOME" because me in my 28 y/o-ness with a gaggle of friends with kids who are pro-"nursing" can't disconnect the verb from being synonymous BREASTFEEDING.

I really hope you enjoy Saving Francesca. It was one of the first YA novels that I was reco'd and I loved it.
