Makeshift Bookmarks (2)

It occurred to me that I've had several people guest post on the blog about the random crap they use for bookmarks, but I never have. And the name of my blog is Makeshift Bookmark, so this seemed wrong. Sure, I do use normal bookmarks. I've got about a billion of them, but more often than not, I grab a random object and use that. Why not show them off?

Why This Works as a Bookmark: Not only does it mark my spot, it MOTIVATES ME. So when I go to mark my page to check Twitter or e-mail or GoodReads or Facebook, Anna's glaring, CAPS and !!!! demand is screaming at me through stationary. NO. I will not give in to distraction. I will read this effing book.
